Bhaur caste Bhaur or Phor, a sub-caste of Bhatti Rajputs which are called "Dhariwal" in areas other than Karnal. In Karnal Dhariwals are called Bhaurs. They are found chiefly on the Upper Sutlej and in the plains of west. Their headquarters are Malwa, Ludhiana, Ferozepur and adjoining parts of Patiala.〔''A Glossary of The Tribes and Castes of The Punjab and North-West Frontier Province''.
